Return Policy

AudioTopia.com maintains a full, money-back guarantee (excluding any shipping charges) on items returned within 30 days of purchase, if for any reasons you are not fully satisfied.

You may return a defective product for refund or exchange.

All returns require authorization.

Defective or non-defective returns are processed differently. Items do not necessarily go back to the location from which they shipped.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Returned items that are lost or damaged during transit is solely the shipper's responsibility (which is YOU, when you return an item to us). It is important to send us and save the tracking information.

After receiving the item you must contact us within 30 days from the date of product receipt with the reason for the return and secure a Return authorization number (RA #) and return details.

Returning Items:

  • Use the Contact Form to request a Return Authorization Number under the 30 calendar day’s guarantee or a return for exchange or refund of a defective product.
  • Be prepared to give us your FULL name it was paid under, order date and order number, and a succinct explanation of the reason for the return including whether open or unopened (for example: did not like, ordered wrong item, if exchanging for another item tell us what you are looking for, etc.).
  • We will send you via email the RA number and return instructions. A RA number is valid for 15 calendar days after it is issued.
  • All returned items must be in original condition, and must include the original factory box (intact UPC bar codes and serial numbers ) and factory packaging (e.g. foam, plastic, wrappings, etc.), peripherals (e.g. battery, charger, cords, straps, etc.), included warranty cards (without markings), and all instruction booklets and paperwork.
  • We will only refund or exchange for credit the value of the merchandise returned, not the shipping cost, if any. Return shipping is paid by buyers. Please allow sufficient time to process receiving, checking in and processing your return, this is why we ask for tracking as we connect it to the RA#.
  • Refunds are issued back to the original type of payment made.

Defectives:

  • If an item you received is defective and that during the first 30 days after receipt, we will replace the item. We do not cover or reimburse the shipping cost when you return for a refund defective merchandise back to our store. However, we do cover both ways shipping (US customers only) cost ONLY if a defective unit is being exchanged.
  • We will ship the replacement product to you and use every good measure to ensure that the replacement order is processed quickly.
  • Use the Contact Form to request a Return Authorization Number under the 30 calendar day’s guarantee or a return for exchange or refund of a defective product.
  • Be prepared to give us your FULL name it was paid under, order date and order number, serial number and a succinct explanation of the problem with the product.
  • We may ask you contact the manufacturer’s support tech to confirm an item is defective.
  • Merchandise that is discovered to be defective upon receipt will be replaced. You may also return defective merchandise for a refund.
  • If it is an issue of software compatibility be prepared to share with us information about your computer system set up.

Replacement:

  • We will send a product replacement for an authorized return following the completion of receiving and inspection at our facility.
  • It is important to send us tracking information, this helps speed the processing of your return.
  • If you purchased a product that you wish to exchange for an alternate item, you can return the item for a refund and simply use the Contact Form to request an item of equal or greater value than your return.
